At Everest Vital Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review the following policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.
  • For safety and quality reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • To qualify for a return, items must be in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact our support team at support@everestvitallabs.com with your order number.
  • Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back within 14 days of receiving return authorization.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return was due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, please email us at support@everestvitallabs.com.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
